• One-on-one case management with veteran-sensitive staff

• Individualized housing and stability plans

• Benefits navigation (VA benefits, SSI, SNAP, etc.)

• Employment and job training referrals

• Financial literacy and credit repair support

• Life skills and goal-setting coaching

🧠 Mental Health & Wellness Resources

• Referrals to trauma-informed counseling and therapy

• Substance use recovery resources

• Peer support networks and veteran-led groups

📄 Required Documentation

To enroll in our Veteran Supportive Services, applicants must provide:

• Proof of veteran status (DD-214 or VA ID)

• Government-issued photo ID

• Proof of income (if available)

• Lease or housing documentation (if currently housed)

• Documentation of homelessness or risk of housing loss (if applicable)
