Rental Assistance Programs
Preventing Eviction. Promoting Stability. Supporting Families.
At Rise with Living Hope, we understand how unexpected life events—job loss, illness, reduced hours, or rising costs—can make it difficult to keep up with rent. That’s why our Rental Assistance Programs are designed to help low-to-moderate income individuals and families remain stably housed and avoid eviction during times of crisis.
Through a combination of financial assistance, case management, and housing counseling, we’re here to support those facing temporary hardship and guide them back to stability.
What Is Rental Assistance?
Our Rental Assistance Programs offer short-term or one-time financial help to eligible renters who are struggling to pay:
-
Monthly rent
-
Past-due rent balances
-
Security deposits (in some cases)
-
Utility bills associated with maintaining housing
-
Other housing-related costs that could lead to eviction or displacement
We provide help not just with financial relief, but also with navigating conversations with landlords and accessing other local resources.
