Carletha Frazier is a licensed real estate broker, author, nonprofit founder, and proud Gullah Geechee native with over 20 years of experience in housing, leadership, and empowerment. She founded Rise with Living Hope to close the gap in affordable housing and create lasting opportunities for families to build wealth, restore hope, and rise beyond generational barriers. Known for her heart-centered leadership and results-driven approach, Carletha is a catalyst for change across the Lowcountry.

John Campbell is a 7th-generation Gullah native of Hilton Head Island and a dedicated community leader. With over 14 years in real estate, he brings deep knowledge of the island's history, land, and housing market. As Vice Chair of Rise with Living Hope, John uses his experience and passion to preserve culture, expand access to housing, and uplift the community he proudly calls home.

Pamela Bristol Bolden is a retired professional with a strong background in accounting, real estate, and project management. Her diverse experience brings valuable insight to Rise with Living Hope’s mission of empowering families through housing and community support.

Pamela is also an active member of her church, where she serves faithfully in various outreach and ministry roles. Her commitment to service, both professionally and personally, reflects her passion for helping others build stability and a brighter future.

Bilingual Realtor in the Low Country with strong property management background. Combined with the Customer Service learned in the Hospitality industry, a Realtor looking to help other individuals grow.

​Aby brings a personal and professional passion for empowerment and equity. After securing his first home through a no-money-down VA loan, he became a strong advocate for accessible homeownership. His experience as a former director of a grant program for low-income students, many of whom became first-generation college graduates, reflects his lifelong commitment to helping families overcome barriers. Aby’s dedication to building stability and generational progress aligns closely with Rise With Living Hope’s mission to Empower, Equip, and Elevate through housing and community support.

I was born and raised in Ojai, CA and graduated high school in Leadville, CO. After being cold for too long, I made my way back to the beach. This time on the East coast and landed right here on this beautiful Hilton Head Island in SC. I like being close to my grandma who lives in Sun City. I was born in the hospitality / food and beverage industry. Growing up in this industry gave me the joy of working with and assisting others in whatever it is they are trying to do. This could be finding the best activities for the family while visiting the area, or the best restaurant for a surprise engagement. After the world shut down, I decided to take my people skills to another level. I love where I live and want to help other live in this paradise with us! 

Brandeis A. Shelton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Ph.D. candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a strong foundation in mental health, leadership, and community impact. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, military leadership experience, and nonprofit service to her role on the board of Rise With Living Hope.

Brandeis has extensive experience providing trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellness and resilience. Her background includes working with diverse populations facing challenges such as homelessness, substance use, and complex life transitions.

A former leader in the United States Army, Brandeis has managed multidisciplinary teams, developed operational systems, and ensured organizational accountability in high-stakes environments. She currently serves in multiple nonprofit and mentorship roles, supporting initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, education, and veteran communities.
