Our Transitional Housing Program offers temporary housing (up to 24 months) for individuals and families who are working toward self-sufficiency but need time to rebuild their lives.

Participants live in secure, furnished housing while receiving support in:

• Financial literacy and budgeting

• Job readiness and employment support

• Life skills development

• Mental health and trauma-informed care

• Navigation to permanent housing options

 3. Permanent Supportive Housing

• Reentry from incarceration

 4. Housing Assistance for the Homeless

This program offers rental assistance, housing placement, and rapid rehousing services for individuals and families who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness.

• Utility assistance (when available)

• Ongoing follow-up and case management
